Job Description
The role combines four functions, each performed to DolFinn's policies and standards in effect.
Customer Onboarding & KYC
- Guide new customers through registration and KYC document submission in the App (National ID, Work ID, selfie, income proof).
- Verify customer identity and eligibility; check submitted documents for completeness and authenticity; flag missing or inconsistent information before loan approval.
- Contact customers to request additional or corrected documents — for example, the customer's main transacting account statement instead of a pass-through account.
Credit & Collections
- Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness before assessment.
- Assess each application against DolFinn's credit standards, verify income, and recommend a credit decision.
- Record the decision and rationale for every application. Complete assessment the same business day.
- Escalate unclear or higher-risk cases per DolFinn's internal procedures.
- Conduct repayment reminder and follow-up calls before, on, and after the due date, and keep accurate records of every contact.
- Carry out first-line collections follow-up in line with DolFinn's fair collections standards.
- Maintain a same-day case log for every case handled.
Marketing Support
- Produce basic marketing content (posts, images, copy) per DolFinn's brand guidelines.
- Publish on DolFinn's official channels following DolFinn's internal approval process.
Sales & Customer Service
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls; follow up assessed applicants with a right-sized offer.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and in-app channels regarding loan products, application status, and repayment (installment schedule, early repayment).
- Log every complaint, resolve or route it, and escalate unresolved disputes or repayment hardship cases directly to the CEO.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, document requests, and complaints.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Fluent Khmer (spoken and written); working English sufficient to read App and document terms.
- Comfortable with numbers: percentages, ratios, and basic loan math.
- Comfortable with smartphone apps, messaging platforms, and basic spreadsheet data entry.
- Strong verbal communication, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
- High integrity and discretion — the role handles customer identity and financial data and makes decisions that directly affect DolFinn's default risk.
- Meticulous about same-day deadlines; comfortable escalating uncertain cases rather than guessing.
- No prior fintech, banking, or credit experience required; full training and evaluation will be provided before independent assessment.
- Willing to work standard DolFinn office hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., six days per week), with responsiveness during customer peak periods.
Employment Terms
- Contract: Fixed Duration Contract (FDC), initial term of six (6) months.
- Probation: three (3) months.
